This is your real booking page
Your page exists in a minute
Your site, or ours?
One script tag on your own website, or a hosted booking page we run for you and you hand your clients the link. Both are the same engine underneath.
Why online booking
Seven in ten practices still take every booking by phone.
Each one is a call, a callback and a note in somebody's day. Online it is none of those — and your clients already book the dentist, the car service and the haircut that way. Two in three people surveyed would rather book online than ring. The ones who would rather ring still can.
Set up in an afternoon
Sixteen meetings arrive written, with lengths and formats already set, twelve of them switched on to start. Tick the ones you offer, connect the calendars your staff already use, and it is live. No project, no consultant.
Looks like your firm built it
Your name, your logo, your colour — on your own website or on a page we host for you. Our name is eleven pixels at the foot.
Runs on its own
Confirmations, calendar entries and reminders go out without anyone touching them. A client who needs to move a meeting does it from the email, and the diary updates itself.
One flat price
From $9.90 a month, GST included. Nothing per booking, nothing per client, and reception is never counted. Free while you set up and test.
Better for your clients
Booked at 9pm on a Sunday, confirmed on the spot, reminded the day before. Nobody waits for a callback, and nobody is on hold in October.
Never double-booked
Your staff's real calendars decide what is offered, and the database itself refuses to write two bookings into one slot. A time the page shows is a time that exists.
The front desk
Your receptionist keeps the phone.
If you run the front desk, you run the office. You know which client needs the long appointment, who is in on Thursdays, and which partner cannot be reached in October. No booking page knows any of that, and this one does not pretend to. It is built to make your day easier, not to take a piece of it.
A client who would rather ring still rings — your number sits at the top of the booking page — and you book them in two ways, whichever you prefer. Put them in here, and they get the same professional confirmation, the same reminder and the same link to move or cancel as a client who booked online. Or put them straight into the Google or Outlook calendar you already keep, and that time is blocked out on the booking page on its own. The two can never disagree.
What goes away is the caller at 7pm who used to reach voicemail, the message you rang back twice, and the October phone tag. Those book themselves, and they are waiting for you the same morning.
You see everything, and you are never counted in the price. Reception is not on the booking page, so it costs nothing to give you admin access — and with it you see every booking, move any of them, and are the first to know.
Setting up
Four questions. Then a link to send.
Your page, your services, how you meet, and who takes the bookings. That is the whole wizard — ticks, not forms — and the first question answers itself the moment you type your website, which is the forty seconds you just watched.
Press Go live and you have a link to put on your website, in your email signature, or in the next reminder you send. Clients book themselves from there.
There is no staff diary to learn. Your people keep living in Google or Microsoft Calendar, and bookings simply appear there. Clients get something polished; your staff get nothing new at all.
Who takes appointments?
Ticks, not typing nothing to build
Unticked staff free, unread, unbilled
Built for accountants
Your booking types are already in it.
Individual returns, business returns, BAS, tax planning, SMSF — sixteen meetings, with lengths, formats and add-ons already set, because every practice offers most of the same things. You switch off the ones you don't do. That is the setup.
Want the weeds? Change the hours, put a price on a meeting, decide which of your people take which. Or leave every default where it is and go live.
Length is never a question you answer. It comes out of the service, the format and the add-ons — and a client with four rental properties genuinely needs the extra twenty minutes.
What can we help you with?
…and twelve more, any of them switched off in one click.

Fits what you have
Yes, it works with Outlook. And Google.
Your staff keep the calendar already on their phone — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or half the firm on each. A booking lands there like any other meeting, and a time somebody has blocked out is never offered. Nothing to install, nothing to learn, nothing to move.
You connect your own calendar in a minute, from the setup page. Everyone else gets a link by email and connects theirs from their own desk. Nobody has to involve whoever runs your Microsoft account — unless you choose to connect the whole firm in one go, which is the one step that does.
The room can count too. An in-office return needs an accountant and somewhere to sit; tell us your rooms and both have to be free, or the time is not offered.
